Quote Request

The clinic will process your request and send you your personalized quote by email, once you have completed and submitted the Pre-Consultation Form.

Your Quote

After receiving your form, the clinic will send you the exact quote for your medical trip.

 All services you request (medical services, makeover, tourism, stay extension).
 The complete surgical procedure (anesthesia, complete hematological tests, prostheses, pre and post-operative consultations, fees for all surgeons and specialists).
 Your stay in one of our 4**** hotels with full board. - Various promotions.
 Round-trip transportation hotels - clinics and airports - hotels.
 As well as all services you requested in the Quote Form.

 Personal expenses (drinks, mini bar, laundry, telephone...)
 Your travel insurance
 Additional medical tests specific to each patient (cardiological tests, radiology...)
 Airline ticket.
 Medications related or unrelated to the medical treatment.

Your Reservation

To make your trip reservation, you simply need to carefully complete the confirmation form.

Additional Fees

If after your pre-operative consultation, you decide to have other surgeries or medical treatments, you must inform your assistant to modify your package formula and allow you to access additional services. The rest period necessary for your post-operative recovery is determined by our surgeons for a period between 3 and 10 days (recommended rest for combined or complex surgeries).

Risks and Complications

Before their surgical procedure, the patient must declare that they voluntarily submit to the surgery(ies) and be aware of the risks that the intervention might involve. They must inform the surgeon during their first consultation of all their medical history and ask all necessary questions. The surgeon must clearly and precisely explain the risks and possible complications that the operation could cause. Additionally, the surgeon must provide details regarding anesthesia, allergic reactions, and the post-operative recovery process.

Cancellation

If after your first pre-operative consultation, the surgeon determines that there is a physiological impediment or high risk, the clinic may refuse any surgical intervention, and in this case will only charge for hotel, transportation, and various additional services. Any request for modification or cancellation before your arrival must be sent to us by email.

Patient Responsibility

Prior to registration and departure, the buyer must inquire with the competent authorities: embassy, consulate... about the police, customs and health formalities required for their trip. We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the consequences of force majeure events, fortuitous cases, or third-party actions.
